Deep cleaning:
There are over 200,000 micro fibers per square inch of cloth and the tremendous amount of fiber in each cloth creates millions of tiny spaces to absorb various liquids, dust and bacteria.  During the manufacturing process each fiber is split enhancing the capillary action of the fibers, which in turn capitalize on the micro-fibers ability to absorb plenty of liquid and clean deeply as promised.

Ordinary fiber material Microfiber material

Ordinary fiber can't pick out fInest dust and grease particles

Microfiber structure ereates greater surface contact picking up the finest particles, even grease.

Sanitary:

Micro-fiber is composed of a hypoallergenic, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic material.  This means that there is a low tendency to provoke an allergic reaction.  Micro-fiber is so unique that it is able to maximize the removal of 96% of the bacteria on the surface being cleaned just by using water.  It is completely unnecessary to use a chemically induced cleaning agent to clean the surface in need and to even wash the micro-fiber products.  Many cleaners used in the household and throughout the cleaning industry contain harsh chemicals such as quaternary ammonium chlorides, which can be very harmful to human health and the environment.  Using micro-fiber products permit you as well as businesses to implement a new, healthier, and “Clever” way of living.

Fusion:
Micro-fibers are densely constructed with polyester and polyamide (nylon) fibers that are approximately 1/100th the thickness of a human hair.  The density of the fiber enables it to hold 6 times its weight in water making it more absorbent than a conventional cotton cloth.  Its extra special soft texture is also a benefit to your own skin when you need to exfoliate with a towel.  Another thing to keep in mind about micro-fiber is simply that it is an ultra-fine synthetic fiber that is very strong and lint free.  The split structure of micro-fiber that is implemented at the manufacturing stage contributes to a few characteristics that emphasize the effectiveness and efficiency of micro-fiber.  These characteristics are the use of water and the elimination of chemical cleaners thus saving you money.  Although one cannot easily quantify these facts, another benefit would be the reduced down time and compensation claims due to musculoskeletal injuries in the work place.

Efficiency:
When it comes to the micro-fiber mops, when wet they weigh approximately five pounds less than conventional loop mops and this makes them much easier to use therefore creating less strain for the body.  The micro-fiber cleaning series is more efficient, easier and less tiring.  Therefore employers prefer micro-fiber cleaning products than conventional products.  While in use, micro-fiber is less intrusive, faster and holds liquid with out dripping.  In conjunction with everything else that has been mentioned micro-fiber is more favorable from an ergonomic perspective for several reasons.  It uses a smaller volume of water and disinfectant resulting in less weight to lift as well as less potential for fatigue.  What also makes micro-fiber mops a number one choice for the professional cleaner is that the charged micro-fibers attract dust (which have a negative charge), and the tiny fibers are able to penetrate the microscopic surface pores of most flooring materials.
